Giuseppe GUARNERI del Gesù"Donaldson"

Violin made by Del Gesù’s later period, called "Donaldson". This was the property of the art collector Sir George Donaldson of London. It is by his name appears in the records of Hart and Sons and is currently still known. This was also possessed by Tibor Varga, the great Hungarian violnist. In the present Lisa Batiashvili uses this instrument.
